All About the Hive Home Staging can stage your home, whether it is vacant or not. Our staging consultation includes a thorough interior & exterior evaluation, market research and a complete action plan to help buyers fall in love with your home. With this plan you can do the work yourself or we can help with all, or part of the staging based on your needs and budget.
Partial Staging
Depending on your budget and home's needs, we can accommodate a partial staging. A partial staging looks different for everyone, but often times it is focused on the main hubs of your property such as the living room, dining, kitchen, and primary suite.
Full Home Staging
A full home staging is our luxury service where after the initial consultation we go in and completely stage your home. This would include all interior rooms, porches, and patios. We can also make luxury recommendations to get your home selling at top dollar such as suggesting our favorite trending light fixtures, paint colors, and more!
Fluff-It-Up Staging
For those looking for something in between we also offer decor only staging. This is good for homeowners who may already have furniture in a home and need to spruce it up to make it look and feel like a home such as with throw pillows, decorations, towels, curtains, rugs, etc.
